And TECK would not have bought the Liard shares without deciding to move ahead with the project. If their plan was/is to put SC on the back burner, why buy the Liard shares now?. All they have to do is announce SC will be postponed a few years and nobody would touch those Liard shares. On the other hand, if a production decision is made, those Liard shares become a hot item all of a sudden.

This clears the IF, does not touch the ''WHEN'' at all. Why of a sudden? Because the market is down and they could probably get it dirt cheap. Dont get me wrong, it shows we are headed in the right direction no doubts about that.
