The big red flag for me was the lack of anything negative to say or any sort of question on the direction we were going at anytime, even when it was clear the share price was going into the toilet. It was always positive no matter what and the term "unrealistic" would be very polite.

Not sure if he worked there or the reasons behind his pump scheme but I think it hurt quite a few people. All the right answers and never any questions then doesn't even have the balls to stick around. Hmmm....
