The upcoming VRIC is probably going to be one of the most depressing on record. However, Elmer is on a panel that is moderated by Rick Rule. He's there along with Rob McLeod and Adam Travis. It's only 20 minutes long so I don't know how much information will get out but at least he's making SC more visible.
