The NR says that the MM project is located between the Florence and Resolution copper projects. You can see where that might be on this map, and it is not at Sombrero Butte so it isn't separating the old project into two.

Maybe they've partnered with someone over SB and this project comes in as part of the package? They didn't buy it.

I don't think we can read too much into the delay of the NR over the JV just yet. Given they had this MM on their presentation it could be they had to put a NR out swiftly. The JV feedback could be more complicated, plus they had to get ready for the conference. Isn't there still something going on today?
