But since you brought up Seabridge and KSM, which is an impressive, world-class project, here are the numbers from their 2012 updated PFS (although a lot has changed with the world economy and metal prices since then, as we know). It will be interesting to see how Schaft Creek compares after the optimization process. It would be great if we could get an IRR close to their base case.
