No doubt Your Nadir. We have discussed at length previously how Elmer is a geologist and not a great promoter. I believe a major mistake took place when we placed all our eggs in one basket, albeit a great basket with a miner of Teck's quality. If teck's intention was to prove the reserves were far greater and to proceed with the project, everyone got "blindsided" with a weak base metal marketplace combined with their committment to Fort Hills and dwindling cash flow!
Teck may now ne forced with a real carch 22 which is,do we want to prove the value in this stressed company environment? Do we have the money to start the project once we show the numbers to the marketplace and allow other majors the opportunity to invest if we can't at this time?......in retrospect CUU should have structured a better deal with Teck and at the very least had better options to control their own destiny!
