My understanding...and it could be wrong, is that asset sales would go into the coffers of the parent company copper fox. For example, Desert fox, which owns the arizona properties, is under copper fox. So selling Shaft or Van dyke would bring money into copper fox...which then could be paid to shareholders as a one time dividend....and likely some retained to continue exploration of other assets.
Or we could be paid in teck shares for exanple with shaft.
I believe the reason there are so many branches of copper fox (under copper fox) is so that we could sell the specific asset without including all the other assets. Say we sell Shaft, we can continue on with Desert fox, etc
