I shouldn't have added that bit about BB and the absolutely extraordinarily huge number of 'thumbs-up' he always seems to amass.

I have no control over the "extraordinarily huge" as you put it, 'thumbs-up' a particular post I make may receive. Just like you have no control over the extraordinarily small number of 'thumbs-up' your posts typically get. I could care less about post recommendations, and don't get why a few individuals seem to be fixiated on it.
