A small article about BC Hydro offering to defer hydro bill payments during the building phase of mine development.

The article is trying to link donations to the Liberal party to the deferred payments but they seem to be oblivious to the changing market from when the Liberals were last elected to this point in time.

Interestingly though they say Copper Fox donated $93,130 to the campaign. That was then, this is now though and the world is a different place.
