From what I understand of the JV, CF never needed Teck's approval to try to sell the 25%. Would the optimization results not be jointly owned by both companies? I can see how CF can draw an estimate, but to formally shop the 25% would a potential buyer need a more formal release of this info? Who would be the potential buyers? Did Elmer put a timeline on this process?

Anyway given today's market, this NR was probably predictable.
