It says Optimization work was completed in 2015, not the 2015 optimization work was completed. To me it says the work is all done and the JV is reviewing the results now,next phase will be ?.

I have to kindly disagree, we are all excited and our run up will surely continue later this week but I don't want to fall into wishful thinking. I think its safer to say some work was completed and some don't as this is what is being repeated over at different places and it seems more coherent with everything we heard so far... I know you'Ve been here only since (feb 17th ( ha ha) ) but this stock has somewhat a history of deadline stretching. and much less the opposite
