It's more than a stretch. There is no connection with Teck since they have not booked, for the third year in a row, any reserves or resources from SC. It's also unlikely that the possible conversion of inferred resource from waste to some form of reserves would be having an impact on the recent price spike of CUU or one would have to explain why the rest of the proven and probable reserves( a much bigger tonnage) could be valued recently for as little as 12 cents a share.
