As a just as frustrated 10 Year vet, I'd suggest to all a re-read of the announcement. Particularly around the tabular P&P Reserves/ metals info. and the expansion (likely) in the Precious Metals content....Should we have more pm ore & enhanced recovery, we would make more $$$ & so will Tck on any sale of %age interest. BUT you have to prove it up to any prospective partner! We all know:

The Process of mine development is not simple or quick & metals prices are at a multi-year low. The JV & particularly Teck are not working & still paying on SC for 3 Years just for Yucks.
