Some are here for the skirmishes more than for the actual stock I'm affraid.

You're absolutly right about ''A few more years'' thats what I keep telling my wife. But it's just like soon, A few more years today and a Few more years in a few more years are just words to kick the can a few miles down the road. I had so many projects once I'd be par on this investment that are postponed to ''A few more years''. I will probably sell a chunk for a more ''short term horizon'' at the next opportunity and keep the rest for my old days. By the way I'm 33.
