And where was Mr Echavarria last December when his continued financial support would have been appreciated? 2.4% dilution for chump change. Did he not think the net asset value to be worth at least 0.17?

His mention makes for a nice 'feel good' write-up on the company website, but the question should be, what has Mr. Echavarria done for shareholders lately?
