According to Mr. Alarmist, 13000 acres are now off the books for Carmax.

The Carmax website describes Eaglehead as consisting of 11,410 hectares. That's 28,195 acres and more than double the size of the lapsed claims. I'm not sure what's going on either, but we clearly don't have all the facts.
