Wow! Carmax management is a joke!! This could be a good play for Copper Fox. Buy the claims off the new owners and retain 100% of the asset rather 65% for peanuts on the dollar. Give the new tenure holders like 100K for the property rights. The news seems to be true if it's halted! Has anyone reported this development to Elmer yet?
