Its sad they did not put out some sort of news to reflect this.Afterall many people who bought today would have ZERO idea this was going on........Unless someone read a bullboard how could you know.Neither company has released anything and its material to both.HALT both until they declare the situation.OSC maybe should be notified to at least have the problem bookmarked.There would at least be a record of report thereof if litigation was to follow by shareholders etc.
