Wow thanks Prospect and to me it can't be a slip up at the MTO office as they obviously have safeguards at many levels.Having worked in a government office there usually is many levels of bureacrecy.Yes Carmax needs to tell its shareholders the situation.Personally if I was these Yukon stakers I would not even discuss anything for a few weeks until the dust settles.Personally the MGT of Carmax to me would be bad negotiators in this anyways after blundering in the first place
