I dont think its going to be easy to get them back, if they get them back at all.

rules are put inplace for reasons.

its like saying to the police when they pill you over for speeding....I didnt know they changed the speed limit, mean while your pulled over just after the posted sign.

Carmax grouped all the lands.....thats why corps. hire people in place to look after such things to save money or there are experts in there field to do a certain job.

Then new land owners can get chip samples and the NR that these 2 guys put out could read "we are pleased to announce, we have successfully aquired chip sample and are logging them into our computer"......hummm does that ring a bell....a year later they gathered more chip samples to better understand the area.
