Trust me, I'm not forgetting that, but nothing is a sure thing. Many people invested in this stock without surety of a mine being built. By the time it becomes a sure thing, there probably won't be much money to be made. As junior projects advance, they can increase in price significantly, as they get further along, and the likelyhood of it turning into a mine becomes more obvious.

I get what you're saying I think. The big payday won't come until Teck makes it's intentions to build a mine clear. I can agree with you on that point.
