Of all those projects that Elmer has been involved with that you pointed me towards, how many if any were sold for a profit? I am sure that most present and possible investors would like to know his batting average. If he has been highly successful then you would think that possible investors would be interested and present investors would not be looking to sell. So help us all out here. We would all like some accurate info vs. a biography of self promotion. Afterall in today's wimpish society where many think that in sports that no one loses, all we have is the "last" winner.
