Oh my God man,we have no clue what Teck and CF have discussed or are discussing about SC.

When I have no clue I tend to refer to the official information in the NR and it is pretty straight forward when you try to avoid any conspiracies.

When you can prove what is being talked about then I will belive you up until then it's just speculation at best what your putting out.

Of course that is IMO I am sharing my POV on a discussion board. Common sense would suggest that if EE is offered 7x current SP for SC only he would accept it. EE does nt care if Foxyroller's avg is 2.18$ or whatever The burn rate and dillution however is based on facts
