The resource model for SC, once received, will help establish project pricing.

No indication on when they would actually receive it and how long it could potentially take to establish pricing? This all sound extremely vague and desarming. ''once received'', will ''help''.

By the sound of the exact words that were used, lebowski, do you feel any urgency?

A partial sale or JV for Van Dyke would be a very good surprise, but is it likely? How many other projects are dying out there...
