First ‘fess’:
It might be of some comfort to golfyeti if I made public my assumption that Prospekt is referring to me when Prospekt said: “one of the HL’s was irritated that I was writing here if I sold the bulk of my shares”. It’s true: I did say that, privately. I’ll admit, that wasn’t a smart thing to say but I had a reason: I also told Prospect, privately, that she was the most respected poster on the board which is why I couldn’t understand why she was targeting golfyeti when there were other contributors who were, and continue to be, far more culpable in bringing down the tone of this forum. I’ll now say publicly that I still think Prospekt is the most valuable poster on this forum. Prospekt also mentions that “HL's don't want to see negative posts”. I have to assume that Prospect is also referring to me because she mentioned that in the next sentence. Not true. I’m interested in objective, useful information, good or bad. I don’t know any HL who doesn’t want that. Reasoned speculation is also okay, whatever the bias.

Second ‘fess’:
CanadaG, I reinstated youngmoney’s message. Not because I disagreed with your reason for removing it, which was spot-on, but because, as you’ve pointed out yourself, targeting some contributors when others whose posts are just as objectionable are, by reason of their rank, untouchable, and it doesn’t seem fair. That's why I no longer process violations myself. In accordance with that, my philosophy has changed to ‘let it all go’ and let people decide for themselves; they’re smart enough. CG, I think your value to this forum is considerable and I’m pleased to see you contributing. But I don’t know if there is any use to having HLs any more.

All that said, I’ll repeat what I’ve said before: it’s my belief that what is said on this forum will have zero influence on what happens to Copper Fox or when it happens, so don’t take anything too seriously unless it’s said by those worth listening to, like, just for instance, Prospekt, CanadaG or golfyeti, There are others.
