I agree the math there doesn't work. Maybe that $2.1 is earmarked for another expense?

Another project? Trip to Vegas? Magic beans?

I'll try to remain optimistic and assume they only need a small float as there's something else on the horizon that's going to generate cash. Having said that, I'm not pleased as a shareholder to see dilution, when we were in a position to be well cashed up to wait out this commodities bear market.
