Can TCK buy without showing transactions. They would not be an inside to CUU but they would certainly have knowledge of plans?

RBC could stop buying now and that is the end and all this speculating is for nought, but if RBC continues at this pace, leading up to our next meeting with TCK, I for one would be expecting positive news of some kind.
