Did a quick comparaison between 2010 & 2016.

In March 2010, before the great run-up started, copper was around 3$USD with an exchange rate of almost 1 for 1, therefore 3.00$ CAD.

In July 2016, copper price is now 2.21US with an exchange rate of 1.29, which is equivalent to 2.85$ CAD.

If there`s a strong correlation between the price of copper and the moment CUU starts to move, we would be pretty close a run-up if 2.60$ USD is Elmer`s target before year end.
