I thought it was a pretty clear cut case, as I recall Carmax didn't even know of the lapse untill the people who snatched them up called them trying to sell and that was the reason for it to be overturned and return to Carmax. Pretty annoying, as long as it doesn't cost us the mineral rights.

Also could it really be reversed again? I thought the CGC had the play.
