I'll try to find a way to paste an image of the chart I'm refering to.

It's the same as chart 18 (for Van Dyke) in the latest presentation available on the website, but for Shaft Creek.

It should be easy to figure out the NPV value @ 8% with today's values (but without all the possible upgrades).
