Good discussion about NPV of Schaft Creek. The biggest questions, of course, still pertain to what percentage of that value we will realize as shareholders and when it will become a reality. August marks six years of waiting for me. I don't know if the finish line is still years from being reached. I do suspect, like others have speculated, if I sold now, a major development or the buyout itself would happen suddenly and I'd miss out. Can't bear the thought...
