Stock price if production decision?

Based on a corporate presentation, if teck announces a production decision, Copper Fox would received 75M in Net Cash Flow for the first 7 years.

Usually, a stock price normally runs between 5x to 15x the EPS.

75M / 417M = 0.18$ per share

5x EPS = 0.90$

10x EPS = 1.80$

15x EPS = 2.70$

IMO, a production decision would surge us well over the 1$ mark and these number are based on a very conservative FS.
