Sure, I agree. Unfortunately I am stuck holding these shares while Teck is stalling. Of course I can sell, but I feel someday it will be worth the time I have been holding this "cash cow" as you say. In my opinion, the real value of SC hasn't even been scratched. Their BFS has only been estimated using barely 10% of the area.
