This would give them minimum 150 millions of net cash flow per year...

That's 0.26$ per year or 4$ per share when valued at 15x the EPS.

4% dilution * current stock price (21$) = 0.84$... and they would gain 4$ minimum based on the initial FS only!

That is a good ROI no? How is this insane?
