The author of that article is James West. He's like Rick Mills, an independant investor/speculator that publishes a subscription-based monthly letter for his subscribers.

He's the guy that was telling his subscribers in the summer of 2011 to put everything into junior miners. Shortly after making that call, the junior mining sector.... Well, we all know what happened to the junior mining sector right after that.
