jmo, Tck will buy us out of SC & flip 30-50% of the property to a trusted partner- Same as I've always thought....Control w/o the major $$$ cost.

As an aside & not directed at you lebowski101, (or anyone else in particular), I don't expect anyone holding the cards (or keys) on a project to ever say anything meaningful/ material to shareholders until a deal is done.
