I don't agree.  History shows that CUU.V did not increase before TCK.B in 2009 & 2016.

 

After the major correction in 2008:

Tck.b started to move in March 2009 and increased for 12 months before 1st correction.  Tck.b reached it's peak early 2011.

Cuu.v started to move one year later in March 2010 and reached it's peak in April 2011.

 

After the last major correction the lasted until 2016:

Tck.b started to move in January 2016 and now increased for 11 months without correction.

 

If history repeats, Cuu.v will start to move within the next 1-2 months and will reach it's peak before January 2018.

 

Anyways, this is what I'm betting my money on!
