This has been a 9 year investment this year for me. Those entering at todays prices could be in for a 6 - 15 month wait on their new investment. Seems like we are getting new money thrown at CUU. I did add myself end of 2016. I'm going to add a little each month. Schaft Creek is still an epic piece of land that hopefully is getting into the next phase and getting further into a production decision. This is all outside of my opinion on Elmer.
