Yes, the exchange rate counts for a lot, but so does copper which is currently offsetting a good portion of the increase.

The more we get close to 3.25USD a pound and if the exchange rate stays stable, the NVP will increase drastically.

Did you calculate the reduced operational cost due to not mining waste anymore?
