The outcome of the resource remodel will address your points although an RE redo will take longer. I agree that CUU has nothing to sell at SC until Teck agrees on the resource estimate. Until that happens neither Teck nor anyone else has a number to calculate a value. You can sell a mineral asset at any stage of development, you just get less for it depending on the amount of de-risking.
