Want our Partner and/ or their deep pocketed associates to buy us out?                                                                              A dumb question we longs all know the answer to.... YES!  

With the benefit of history of others & hindsight are they going to just pay what we think we're worth (whatever that means)? Perception of Worth will of course vary in the eye of the beholder. That's where all these quantifying & qualitative details are vital. If Tck were to go to SH with poor details to get funding or attempt to smooth over a bad deal later?....not too smart.

Cutting out those verifying & approval steps (as  has been well documented to have been done by others), bites hard in the end- & a story our JV doesn't need to repeat.
