Not how it works, Sibiu. Judges only give reasons for judgment once, either verbally or in writing. The judge might have decided to do it in writing, so now he needs more time. Or more likely there is a scheduling difficulty. We don't have enough judges right now and they're moving judges here and there around the province trying to deal with the most pressing matters.
