$425,000 to advance Van Dyke will mean 3,269,230 shares will need to be issued at today's share price.

There's going to be a heck of a lot more shares issued than that, as you're looking at another year of salaries on top of that, which Elmer's salary alone eats up upwards of $300k.  And then they still have Eaglehead to fund.  

I'm curious to see if Ernesto will commit to the full PP that's required.  He didn't commit fully last year. I can imagine he's growing tired of being the companies ATM machine year after year.
