you re not being rude , that do was a crappy analogy. the point is its not because they bought some properties on the side to keep them busy that they absolutely need to spend cash they dont have on it... I wonder how many people would prefer CUU to shut down completely with no dillution for 1-10 years until Teck acts VS dilluting 5% YOY until god knows when while spending on other projects every single other companies out there could have bought before us but somehow did nt.
