Well Simc, here is another opportunity to participate in a PP. You can sell your shares at $.13, and buy them back at $.12 through the PP. This transaction will give you your original shares plus warrants. 

Yes it requires a bit of leg work, but with the added warrants you will be further ahead. Not to mention, $.01 per share gain for selling and buying back throught the PP.
