No, if an offer would be made to Elmer he would call Ernesto to see if he agrees to it as a major SH then the board would be notified and then Elmer would notify the exchange for a Halt in trading. Offers have been made to CF and Elmer has just laughed them off,I belive there was one made when cooper was at $2 by an opportunist hedge fund thinking we where on the brink of bankruptcy.
