Agreed.
Generally when you decide to invest in any given company you look at 3 things:
1) General market conditions
2) Industry
3) Company specifics
As of recent, we have seen an increase in the M&A space for quality resource exploration and development companies like:
1) Midas- 528 million for the Borden Project
2) Exeter Resources- 250 million for its chile project
3) Integra Gold- 590 million for its Lamaque project
There are many others that have sold based on proven economics of a project. In the end, its good management that determines the final value or price of a company asset, and in this case its mineral ore deposits as we are in the mining industry. The good news for us is, we have a billiioniare investor who knows numbers very well thats owns majority share of Copper Fox and he will decide the final buyout price.
