That seem strange and idiotic, even by cuu management standards.  Are they being deliberately secretive, or are they so incompetent they thought it was unimportant?  Or maybe they have so little to say they felt it unworthy of announcing to shareholders.

Hey, they may only be a year or two away from asking if they can use one of their shareholder's doghouses as a venue...
