That would be great if you can confirm with Elmer. I remember it being mentioned on the board so I thought I would ask Elmer at PDAC when I was down and he told me yes it was true but not sure if was the exact date or the year end but he told me that's why they kept the small portion just to be a shareholder and be in on those meetings and also to hold them to it,it's also why they have the third party so there isn't any question about SC being economical. If for some reason Teck deems SC not which he doubts very much he wants to know how they came to that point of view.
