Why would you spend money to do that?

If I understand the situation correctly.  The issue with Carmax is the government regulators want Copper Fox to take back on what they say is in the ground in Eaglehead.  The resource estimate was done for Carmax not Copper Fox.  Therefore the regulators require Copper Fox to file the resource estimate themselves before assuming 65.5% of their resources in our information sheets.  That's why we are paying the engineers who prepared this resources estimate to verify it again and sign off for Copper Fox only.

This is more of a regulation issue.
